What decides an entry
Every competition publishes its starter, timing, eligibility, entry limit and voting or judging method. The specific rules govern that competition. Unless they say otherwise, each eligible person has one final official entry and equal reaction-vote weight.
What does not decide it
Membership, credits, tips, purchases, followers and creator status do not buy extra votes, ranking or winning odds. Country restrictions can differ between browsing, creating and cash-prize eligibility, so check the current competition before spending time on an entry.
