POWER FORCE PTY LTD · EFFECTIVE 22 AUGUST 2026
SlopOff Terms & Competition Conditions
These terms apply to SlopOff, operated by Power Force Pty Ltd (“Power Force”, “SlopOff”, “we”, “us”). They govern the current public service and the competition-specific rules published with each eligible SlopOff.
1. Who may use SlopOff
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the applicable competition in your location. You must provide accurate account information, keep one verified identity, and not evade suspensions, entry limits or location restrictions.
2. How a SlopOff works
Each competition publishes an official starter image or video, category, close time, judging method, eligibility, entry limit and prize ladder. Unless specific rules say otherwise, you may download the starter, create with any lawful AI or editing tool, then upload one finished image or video. Built-in image generation is only available when SlopOff explicitly enables its approved provider path.
SlopOffs are games of skill. Verified votes, blind matchups, moderation and any judging criteria in the specific rules determine rankings. Likes, followers, subscriptions and paid membership do not create extra official entries or votes.
3. Entrant-based prizes
The published prize tier is based on eligible, verified entrants when submissions close. Duplicate, fraudulent, ineligible or disqualified entries do not count. Sponsor boosts are shown separately. Winners may need to verify identity, age, location, tax details and payment eligibility before payment. Competition-specific rules control if they conflict with these general terms.
4. Your uploads and AI use
You keep ownership of content you own. You give Power Force a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, moderate, display, promote and adapt your submission for operating and marketing the relevant SlopOff and Slop Reels. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the starter, prompts, uploads, likenesses, audio and other material you submit.
Do not submit unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, doxxing, targeted harassment, hate, fraud, malware or content that infringes another person’s rights. Clearly fictional satire must not mislead people about real events or private individuals.
5. Community and moderation
You are responsible for comments, forum posts and Slop Friends rooms you create. We may label, restrict, remove or preserve material and may suspend accounts to enforce rules, protect users or comply with law. Report tools are not emergency services.
6. Membership Schedule and payments
Paid SlopOff memberships are optional creative-tool subscriptions. The base prices are Meme Goblin A$4.99 monthly or A$49.99 annually; Chaos Creator A$9.99 monthly or A$99.99 annually; Slop Wizard A$19.99 monthly or A$199.99 annually; and Supreme Sloplord A$39.99 monthly or A$399.99 annually. Base prices exclude GST. Stripe calculates and displays applicable Australian GST before payment. There is no paid trial or launch promotion.
Each subscription renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. The dashboard displays the current plan, renewal or period-end date, and a cancellation control. A period-end cancellation stops future renewal and keeps paid access until the end of the paid period. Plan changes require cancelling the current plan and selecting a new plan after it expires. A failed or reversed payment may pause paid access while Stripe retries or until payment is restored.
Membership buys only the tools and generation allowance displayed before checkout. It never provides extra official entries, votes, score, judging preference or winning odds. Unused monthly generation allowances do not convert to cash. Refund requests can be made through the public support page. We investigate duplicate, unauthorised, failed and materially misdescribed transactions promptly; any refund is returned through the original payment method. Change-of-mind refunds are not promised after a paid period begins, but nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, refunds, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Sponsors
Sponsors must own or license every starter and brand asset they supply and comply with advertising, promotion and disclosure requirements. Analytics are estimates based on platform activity and do not guarantee sales, reach, sentiment or return on investment. Sponsorship never gives control over independent judging or verified voting.
8. Availability and liability
We may change or stop features, investigate manipulation, correct errors or cancel a competition where fairness, safety, legality or technical integrity is materially affected. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and Power Force is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes, disputes and contact
We will publish material changes and the effective date. Australian law applies, together with mandatory laws in your location. Contact Power Force Pty Ltd through our public support page; an account is not required for privacy, safety or rights concerns.
