SlopOff Terms & Rules

1. Eligibility, accounts and countries

SlopOff is for adults aged 18 or older. Public pages may be viewed without an account where lawful. Creating, reacting, commenting, following, entering, purchasing or earning requires an authenticated account and the capability checks shown for your country. Keep your information accurate, protect your sign-in method, use one genuine identity, and do not evade account, voting, entry, sanctions or location restrictions.

Availability is determined from current law, provider coverage, tax, sanctions, safety and product readiness—not merely from whether a page can be opened. Eligible first-party digital products and sponsor funding may be offered in Stripe-supported markets through the provider's current country, sanctions, tax and product controls. Creator earnings, payouts and merchandise remain separately provider-gated. Belarus, mainland China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, Kosovo and the Saint Helena/Ascension/Tristan territory code are blocked under the current conservative launch schedule; provider controls may exclude more locations or transactions. Cash prizes remain Australia-only unless a competition expressly states otherwise.

2. Community and safety rules

Create comedy, not harm. Do not submit or promote unlawful material, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, credible threats, targeted harassment, hate, fraud, malware, deceptive impersonation, undisclosed advertising, illegal goods, rights infringement or content intended to manipulate SlopOff systems. Satire about public events must not deceptively present fiction as verified fact.

We may scan, label, limit, hide, remove, preserve or refer content; restrict features; reverse artificial activity; or suspend accounts to protect people, rights, platform integrity or comply with law. Automated safety screening may clear obvious low-risk content or escalate uncertain material. Human review remains available for escalated moderation, appeals and rights complaints. Report tools are not emergency services.

3. SlopOffs, entries, Battles and voting

Each competition publishes its official starter, category, timing, entry limit, eligibility, voting or judging method and any reward. Unless the specific rules say otherwise, each eligible person gets one final official entry and the same reaction-vote weight. Membership, credits, tips, purchases, followers and creator status never buy extra votes, ranking or winning odds.

Audience reactions are counted votes on public Slops. A competition result uses only the eligible voting or judging method named in that competition. Reactions on source-hosted “Around the Web” inspiration are feedback only and never enter SlopOff competition, prize, sponsor, referral or earnings calculations.

Slop Battles use creator-owned or properly licensed media. An invitation becomes active only through the authenticated acceptance flow. The invitation, starter, deadline, participants, entries and result remain recorded. Private Battles stay limited to their invited audience; public Battles may appear on public surfaces.

4. Your content, rights and platform licence

You keep the rights you own. You promise that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed for every upload, prompt, likeness, audio track, reference and declaration you submit. You give Power Force a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence reasonably necessary to store, scan, resize, transcode, secure, display, distribute and promote your content in operating SlopOff and the feature you chose. This operating licence does not transfer ownership.

Public viewing and sharing do not grant master-file access, merchandise rights, sponsor use, sublicensing, external commercial reuse or AI-training rights. Those uses require the creator control and any separate contract shown for that capability. SlopOff may add attribution to exported, downloaded, social-preview or share-ready copies. Protected creator masters remain separate from public delivery copies.

Provenance, media lineage, hashes, tool declarations and acceptance records document SlopOff history. They are evidence controls, not a government registration or a guarantee that copyright exists. If you believe material infringes a right, use the public rights-reporting or support flow.

5. SlopOff Remix Licence

Version 2026-08-25-remix-v1. When a creator enables SlopOff remixing and you accept the displayed licence, you may create a linked remake only through the authorised SlopOff flow. SlopOff records the source, creator, permission snapshot, accepted version and resulting lineage.

The Remix Licence does not grant the source master, off-platform copying, advertising, merchandise, sponsor use, external commercial use, sublicensing or AI-training rights. Your remake must contain your own lawful contribution and must keep the required source attribution and provenance link while both records are public. A creator may change permissions prospectively; completed licensed platform remixes retain their recorded acceptance, subject to safety, rights complaints and law.

6. Around the Web inspiration

SlopOff may display source-hosted public posts and discovery metadata from third-party platforms. The original platform hosts the media and its own terms apply. A source link, creator shell or attribution record is not a rights grant. Claiming a creator profile does not transfer ownership of any source media.

You may use an external post as inspiration only by making and uploading your own new rights-declared media. SlopOff does not authorise downloading, rehosting or copying the source post. External availability, embeds and metrics may change or disappear when the provider changes them.

7. AI generation, uploads and manual editing

Built-in image or video generation is available only when the catalogue names an enabled route, model, price or allowance. Outputs may be inaccurate, similar to other material or unsuitable for your intended use; review them before publishing. A failed paid generation restores only the authoritative reservation that qualifies under the displayed provider rules. Free daily attempts, promotional credits, membership allowances and purchased packs are separate balance buckets with their own reset or expiry.

SlopOff AI does not require a separate provider account or connection. You may upload eligible work made with another AI tool under that tool’s own terms. SlopOff does not promise provider uptime, model availability or ownership of provider outputs. Existing consent and provenance records retain the terms and provider recorded at the time.

CapCut is currently a manual EXPORT AND RETURN workflow: the owner downloads an authorised source, opens CapCut independently, then uploads an exported result back to the same SlopOff editing session. SlopOff does not claim CapCut OAuth, project creation, callbacks or automatic retrieval. The returned file becomes a new immutable media asset linked to its parent; the original is not overwritten. Around-the-Web inspiration cannot be exported through this workflow.

8. Memberships

Memberships are optional creative-tool subscriptions. Current AUD base schedules are: Meme Goblin A$4.99 monthly or A$49.99 annually; Chaos Creator A$9.99 or A$99.99; Slop Wizard A$19.99 or A$199.99; and Supreme Sloplord A$39.99 or A$399.99, excluding applicable tax. Checkout shows the available plan, final presentment currency, tax, billing interval and total for your market before payment.

A membership renews until cancelled. Period-end cancellation stops the next renewal and normally preserves access until the paid period ends. Failed, refunded or reversed payment may pause or end benefits. Membership provides only the displayed tools and allowances; it never provides extra entries, votes or judging preference. 9. Compute packs and usage balances

The worldwide Compute Pack schedule is 2026-09-01-worldwide-compute-packs-v1. Image prices are Tourist 25 A$8.99, 75 A$24.99 or 200 A$64.99; eligible Member 25 A$7.99, 75 A$22.99 or 200 A$57.99. Video Credit prices are Tourist 50 A$4.99, 150 A$9.99 or 400 A$22.99; eligible Member 50 A$3.99, 150 A$7.99 or 400 A$18.99. Prices are AUD excluding applicable tax; Stripe may present a supported local currency and the final tax and total before payment. Image and video compute packs are one-time purchases, do not auto-renew and are not cash or transferable property. The catalogue shown to you is authoritative for modality, model, quality, resolution, duration, units, price, expiry and country availability.

Power Force may make a bounded shared SlopOff Quick Image Pool available. From 10 September through 9 October 2026 (UTC), all signed-in accounts receive a promotional ceiling of 5 Quick image attempts per UTC day while the shared pool has capacity. Existing daily usage counts toward this ceiling; no purchased units or paid-plan benefits are changed. Outside that period, Slop Tourist, Meme Goblin, Chaos Creator, Slop Wizard and Supreme Sloplord have daily attempt ceilings of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively. Active Founders receive up to 3 additional priority attempts per UTC day. These are attempts, not purchased image units or guaranteed outputs. Actual availability is the lower of the account allowance and remaining shared provider-pool capacity. The pool resets at the displayed time, consumes no Standard image units and has no automatic paid overflow or automatic top-up.

Separately, Power Force may make a bounded shared SlopOff Pool for video generation available. Slop Tourist receives one pool-funded attempt per UTC month; Meme Goblin, Chaos Creator, Slop Wizard and Supreme Sloplord receive up to 1, 2, 3 and 4 pool-funded attempts per UTC day respectively. Active Founders receive up to 3 additional priority attempts per UTC day. These are attempts, not Video Credits or guaranteed completed outputs, and are available only while both the configured Power Force budget and provider balance can cover the request. Failed provider work releases the allowance slot. Power Force does not automatically top up the pool, and purchased Video Credits are not debited when a pool-funded quote is used.

A Video Credit is a provider-neutral consumption unit, not a currency, fixed duration or guaranteed clip. SlopOff shows a short-lived exact quote before native video generation, identifies whether the request uses the SlopOff Pool or Video Credits, reserves the relevant source atomically and records the provider outcome. A qualifying paid-provider failure reverses the exact Video Credit reservation. A browser success screen alone never grants purchased units; signed provider evidence controls purchases. Purchased image units and Video Credits expire 365 days after validated payment unless checkout states a different approved schedule.

9A. Storage add-ons

Version 2026-09-01-worldwide-storage-25gb-v1. The current one-time schedule adds 25 GB for 365 days: Tourist A$29.99 and eligible Member A$24.99, excluding applicable tax. It is separate from membership and compute, does not auto-renew, stacks with other active storage and expires independently. SlopOff does not remove a protected evidence record merely because an allowance expires; new uploads may be restricted until usage returns below the active allowance.

A signed provider event, not a browser success page, issues the storage entitlement. A validated full refund, chargeback or reversal revokes only the add-on linked to that payment and never removes base-plan storage. Partial adjustments are held for review. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

10. Founder Pass

Version 2026-08-26-founder-pass-v3. The A$100 Founder Pass is a one-time product membership with the benefits displayed at purchase. Its current creative-fuel benefit is a one-time grant of 300 Standard image units plus up to 3 priority Quick image attempts and 3 priority pool-funded AI video attempts per UTC day while the relevant SlopOff pools have capacity. Increasing the Standard grant preserves prior usage and adds only the difference to an active Founder account. Daily attempts are not purchased units or guaranteed outputs.

The Pass is not a recurring subscription, investment, tradeable token, promise of passive return or requirement to join any affiliate activity. No more than 10,000 unique historical Founder numbers may be issued. SlopOff does not offer a discretionary refund merely because the purchaser changes their mind after validated allocation and benefit issuance, subject always to mandatory rights. A validated full refund, chargeback, reversal or fraud revocation ends active benefits and may reverse no more than unused promotional credits. Its historical Founder number is permanently retired and never reassigned, transferred, sold again or returned to available-number inventory.

11. Tips, licences, commissions and SlopShop

Creator commerce is optional and opens only when the creator, buyer, country, rights, identity, provider, tax and sanctions gates pass. A tip is voluntary support and never buys work, access, votes, ranking or a response. A commission begins with a creator offering and buyer brief; work starts only after the creator accepts the scope and signed payment evidence validates checkout. Delivery, revisions, acceptance and disputes follow that recorded commission.

A licensing enquiry is not permission. A licence exists only when the creator and SlopOff approve a written contract identifying the exact media, use, territory, duration, channels, exclusivity and price, and payment validates. No merchandise, master, sponsorship, sublicensing or AI-training right is implied.

Creators may request a product-specific SlopShop review for a Slop they own. Rights approval, print placement, provider readiness and a public listing are separate steps. Checkout shows product, variant, currency, tax, shipping, production and refund information. Print-on-demand items may differ slightly by screen, print method and manufacturing tolerance. SlopOff does not place a production order before the required payment and release controls pass.

12. Creator Product Affiliate

Affiliate activity is separate, optional and does not require a Founder Pass, Founder status or any other purchase. It applies to an exact active, rights-approved SlopShop product—not Founder Pass sales. An eligible adult may request access, but only the original Slop creator may approve that person as an affiliate for that product. The creator may reject or later revoke approval. No link, click or order qualifies without a current matching approval.

The current merchandise attribution schedule is 2026-08-31-au-merch-affiliate-attribution-v1 where the program is enabled. The creator chooses a prospective window of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or lifetime. “Lifetime” means only while that exact listing, creator approval and affiliate link remain active and unrevoked. A disclosed term is snapshotted on a meaningful product visit; later changes affect future visits only. Approved affiliates may receive 10% of eligible post-royalty merchandise contribution margin from a validated attributed order.

Self-referrals, hidden or misleading links, spam, fake traffic, cookie stuffing, downlines, paid recruitment and unauthorised product claims are prohibited. Rejection or revocation prevents future qualification. The attribution window does not shorten the separate 60-day settlement hold. Eligible revenue, fulfilment, refunds, chargebacks, integrity checks, tax, sanctions and payout controls determine final earnings.

13. Sponsor briefs, advertising and prizes

Version 2026-09-01-worldwide-sponsored-slop-brief-v1. An eligible sponsor may propose a moderated brief stating the product or service, requested creator-owned work, usage rights, deadline and budget. The minimum creator budget is A$50 excluding applicable tax. SlopOff charges a 15% platform fee, shown separately. No draft or review creates a charge, and a brief opens publicly only after sponsor, claim, rights, market and signed funding evidence pass.

Before public opening or the first eligible submission, cancellation receives a full refund. After the first eligible submission but before selection, the uncommitted creator budget is refundable while the platform fee is retained, except where SlopOff/provider failure or mandatory law requires otherwise. After the sponsor selects work and the creator accepts the recorded use agreement, there is no discretionary refund of committed creator funds. A rejected or failed campaign returns uncommitted creator funds and the corresponding platform fee. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks hold or reverse linked allocations.

Sponsor bounties are fixed approved-deliverable creator payments, not winner-takes-all prizes. They remain subject to creator identity, rights, tax, sanctions, settlement and payout controls. Sponsor analytics are estimates and never guarantee reach, sales, sentiment or return. Sponsorship cannot buy judging control or reaction-vote weight. Cash prizes remain Australia-only unless SlopOff later publishes a separately approved country schedule.

14. Creator earnings and payouts

Displayed estimated, pending or held earnings are not payable cash. Each source has its own eligible net-revenue calculation. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, rights disputes, provider costs and corrections may reduce or reverse the linked earning. Australia's current creator-payout controls are recorded under Creator Payout Terms 2026-08-24-au-creator-payout-v1; another enabled country must have its own current market evidence. The ordinary payout gate requires at least the displayed threshold (currently A$50 or its authorised ledger equivalent), the minimum 60-day post-settlement hold, monthly reconciliation, an account in good standing, supported country, identity and bank onboarding and tax and sanctions review.

The 60-day hold gives payments, fulfilment, refunds, chargebacks, rights and integrity checks time to settle; it is separate from an affiliate attribution window. Income is never guaranteed. Payouts are available only in countries and currencies shown as enabled for the creator.

15. Payments, tax and currency

Checkout identifies the seller or merchant, payment provider, product, renewal status, currency, tax and final total. Any local-currency display is not a quote and never changes the authoritative product schedule, ledger or accepted terms; checkout is the binding price. You authorise only the transaction you confirm. We may refuse, hold, refund or reverse a transaction where provider, legal, sanctions, fraud, rights or product controls require it.

You are responsible for creator-side taxes and accurate tax information. SlopOff or its providers may calculate, collect, withhold, report or remit tax where required. Provider terms also apply, but they do not remove rights you have against Power Force under mandatory law.

16. Availability, changes and liability

We may change, suspend or stop a feature; correct pricing, scoring or ledger errors; investigate manipulation; or cancel or reschedule a competition where fairness, safety, legality, provider availability or technical integrity is materially affected. We will preserve audit evidence where required.

To the extent permitted by law, SlopOff is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated and Power Force is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes a consumer guarantee, privacy right, withdrawal right or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in your location.

17. Governing law, local rights and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your home jurisdiction. Australian Consumer Law applies where it has jurisdiction, and equivalent mandatory consumer protections apply where you live. Before court proceedings, contact us through the public support page so we can try to resolve the issue. You may still use a regulator, tribunal, court or dispute process available under mandatory law.
