SlopOff Privacy Statement

1. Information we collect

We may collect identity and account information; verified sign-in identifiers; age and eligibility confirmations; profile details; starter files, prompts, generated media and submissions; comments, forum posts and moderation reports; votes, likes, subscriptions, shares and other activity; competition and prize records; sponsor campaign data; support messages; and device, log, security and usage information.

Payment providers process card, PayPal or wallet details. SlopOff may receive transaction IDs, subscription status, funding type, billing country and limited fraud signals, but should not receive or store your full card number.

2. Why we use it

We use information to provide accounts and creative tools, enforce one-person entry and voting limits, run competitions and prize verification, publish reels and community discussions, personalise categories, process memberships, provide sponsor analytics, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support, improve the service and comply with law.

3. Product traffic analytics

We record limited route-level product analytics to understand how visitors use SlopOff and improve the service. These records use a random browser-visit identifier and the page route only. They do not include page query strings, form fields, prompts, private messages, payment details, IP addresses, or email addresses. Internal dashboards show aggregated route and action patterns and anonymised visit sequences; they do not display a visitor's identity.

We do not use these analytics records to change competition scores, prizes, voting weight, eligibility, or moderation outcomes.

4. When information is shared

Public profile names, uploads, rankings, reactions and comments are visible according to the room or competition setting. We may share necessary information with hosting, identity, moderation, analytics, communications and payment service providers; professional advisers; prize and campaign partners; authorities where required; or a successor if the business changes ownership.

Service providers may process information outside Australia. We assess providers, limit access and use contractual or technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service.

5. Sponsor analytics

Campaign dashboards may include aggregated reach, impressions, entrants, content volume, votes, engagement, shares, audience regions, sentiment signals and attributed membership or referral events. We design reports to avoid giving sponsors private messages, full payment details or unnecessary personal information.

6. Storage, security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted transport, provider security features, monitoring and moderation safeguards appropriate to the risk. No online service is completely secure. We keep information only while needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, disputes, safety, fraud prevention and legitimate business records, then delete or de-identify it where practical.

7. Your choices and rights

You can edit profile information, control public or closed rooms, unsubscribe from creators, cancel memberships through the payment provider and ask to access or correct personal information. You may also request deletion where the law and legitimate retention needs permit. Some public competition records may remain where necessary for fairness, legal claims or integrity.

8. Complaints and contact

Send privacy access, correction or complaint requests to Power Force Pty Ltd through our public support page. Include enough detail for us to identify the account and request. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Read the Australian Privacy Principles and OAIC guidance on open and transparent privacy management.

9. Children and changes

SlopOff is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow children to enter. We will update this statement when practices or law materially change and show the new effective date.
