A report the team can use
Say which page or feature was involved, what you expected, what happened, and roughly when. A public URL and an error message can help. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, private identity documents, private media, or another person's information in a Commons post.
Pick the right route
Use a post's Report action for a community safety concern. Use Feedback for a general product issue and Support for private account, copyright, privacy, billing or urgent moderation matters. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; SlopOff is not one.
