Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. How to request help or a refund

Use the public support page and include the account email, product, transaction reference and reason for the request. Do not send card or bank details. If the receipt identifies a payment provider with its own buyer-support or refund route, you may also use the link in that receipt.

2. Membership cancellation

A paid SlopOff membership renews at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. You can cancel from the dashboard. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and keeps paid access until the end of the current paid period. A cancellation is not itself a refund of the current period.

We review duplicate or unauthorised charges, failed supply, material misdescription and asserted statutory rights on their facts. A discretionary change-of-mind refund is not promised after a paid period begins. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights.

3. Founder Pass

After a validated payment allocates a Founder number and issues the benefits, Power Force does not offer a discretionary change-of-mind refund merely because the buyer stops using SlopOff or no longer wants the pass. Duplicate or unauthorised charges, provider error, failure to supply material promised utility, material misdescription, fraud and asserted legal rights are reviewed on their facts.

A validated full refund, chargeback or payment reversal ends active Founder benefits and may reverse no more than unused promotional Founder credits. The historical Founder number is retired permanently and is never reassigned.

4. Image Compute Packs

Image Compute Packs are optional one-time purchases and do not renew. Duplicate or unauthorised charges, failure to supply, material misdescription and asserted statutory rights are reviewed on their facts. A validated full reversal may revoke no more than the unconsumed units from that purchase while preserving required audit evidence.

5. Provider and country rules

The checkout identifies the payment provider, final currency, tax, renewal terms and country availability before payment. Current eligible Stripe purchases remain governed by the accepted SlopOff product schedule and applicable law. If a future checkout expressly identifies Paddle as merchant of record, Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy will also apply to that transaction. SlopOff does not currently offer Paddle Checkout.

6. Non-excludable rights

Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, withdrawal right, refund, cancellation, compensation or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in the buyer's country. Where this summary conflicts with mandatory law, mandatory law prevails.
